A call to end the instant response culture

When you receive a message through your smart device do you feel an uncontrollable urge to read and respond immediately?

Do you find your ability to concentrate or relax is not what it was?

I argue in this article in Sifted that we are allowing the technology that we use today, designed to make our life easier, to actually place us under even more pressure.
